• Referring to voting by Fifa members, we said Gianni Infantino was backed for re-election as president by more than 200 “countries”. We meant “countries and territories” (Infantino endorsed by landslide despite scandal over Balogun, 18 July, Sport, p12). • An article in Saturday’s paper said that Keir Starmer had not got round to choosing his top team; this should of course have said Andy Burnham (Politics sketch, 18 July, p11). This error was in print only.
