• An article (Forever chemicals linked to children’s gut diseases, new research reveals, 25 July, p7, early editions) referred to “irritable bowel disease” when inflammatory bowel disease was meant. • We said Fifa’s 25-page set of slides on commercialising the World Cup with external private investors made no mention of the women’s game; in fact, there was one mention (Fifa’s sales pitch, 31 July, p44).
