Wear a helmet: Warning issued after e-scooter rider dies, another is seriously injured

The brief

On Saturday, a 30-year-old woman died in hospital, more than a week after the e-scooter she was riding collided with a vehicle at a busy intersection. The next day, a woman sustained head injuries and a broken collarbone when her e-scooter was struck in Coal Harbour. Neither was wearing a helmet.
