• An article (Hackers steal personal details from DfE and police databases, 30 July, p4) said that “addresses” of people who contacted the Ask the Police service had been taken; this should have said email addresses. • Yvette Cooper MP took maternity leave as a junior health minister in 2001, not the “early 90s” as an article said (Women must not feel pressure to have ‘an ideal birth’, says Cooper, 5 August, p2). This error was in print only.
